Apartments ranging from 45 to 120 m² – whether you are travelling with family, friends or as a couple, we will make your winter holiday unforgettable! The new practice lift in Bobbyland for children is also just a few metres away.
At the Heustadl next door, you can look forward to culinary highlights. In our wellness area, we pamper your body, mind and soul!

Hotel policies
Upon receipt of your down payment of EUR 1.000,– per apartment/week, the reservation is considered binding.
On your departure day, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am. In case of cancellation, the deposit is forfeited. In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the rent is to be paid in full. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply in other respects.
On the day of arrival the rooms and apartments are available from about 4 pm on.
Cancellation conditions:
- 3 months before arrival 0%
- 1 to 3 months before arrival 50%
- 0 to 30 days before arrival 100%
- in case of late arrival or early departure 100%
